A block of rooms has been reserved at the Princess Lodge in Fairbanks. A shuttle bus runs between the hotel and the airport in Fairbanks. The hotel is located several miles from the UAF campus where the workshop will be held. Shuttle bus service will run between the hotel and the University in the morning and afternoon of November 7-9.
To reserve a room, please call 1-800-426-0500 and reference Group code TNB-L9310. To book online, click the link above for Princess Lodge, enter your desired dates and hit search. When the next page comes up, click step 1 at the top of the page and you will get a new reservation page. Put in the group code on the right hand side of this page and continue to register.The cost of lodging is $69/night + tax.
You may make your reservation on line or call the hotel. Please reference “ART Workshop” when you make your reservation in order to get the best rate.
Please note that the icebreaker on November 6, will be held at the Princess Lodge.
